There's this certain trend about looking like Barbie now. Have you seen these posts from Stomp?

True, Barbie is pretty. Talk about understatement, she's perfect. But going under the knife to look like her?.. Personally I think she is too skinny. Not very healthy looking even though in this society, it's perceived as 'hot'.

People are judging body size wrongly. Actress and models are mostly underweight, and some are even anorexic. Jennifer Lawrence, the actress who portrayed as Katniss Everdeen in the movie Hunger Games, was perceived as chubby (some may say fat). Reason? The book described Katniss as a really thin girl (I heard).

SERIOUSLY?

It's called a book for a reason. Jennifer Lawrence is totally not fat and she doesn't deserve the insults. I think she's really cool and I totally agree with her point of view. Read here.

So these are the reasons people who are already skinny or pretty, want to do plastic surgery. Society has became too judgemental! Don't get me wrong, I don't think it's wrong to do plastic surgery at all. In fact, I've thought of it when I'm younger. I am perfectly okay with it. If you can become prettier overnight, WHY NOT?

The real problem is humans are looking at things wrongly. Yesterday I was telling Bel about how people judge..

Eg. Fat girl eating big burger VS Thin girl eating big burger.

Think about it. I think you can easily figure out the difference! We say, 'You are what you eat.' But come on they are both eating the same thing at the point of time!

Okay back to talk about going under the knife. Not like I will really do it because I'm timid like a cat. :p Saw this youtube video about this girl cutting double eyelids (those parallel kinds). Look super painful, how much courage did it took her to go for it?! I'm lucky enough to be borned with parallel double eyelids.

There are cons also too alright! Sometimes when I'm tired they turn out triple or even more. Sometimes they look different. I supposed those with single eyelids don't have this kind of problem? See!

Oh well, anything in life is really really our own choice at the end of the day. Too bad people judge us by how we look. It will never change.

Hi.

Happy April Fools' Day, I supposed? I am at work now, time is literally crawling.. March is finally over. The busiest month I've ever had for a long time. Not to mention the poorest month. I really really hope April will be better..

Looking at how things are going, everything is going well. I guess that will be something I am really glad. But there's one exception. Damn annoying pls.

2 days ago I went to watch Wicked the Musical. It was so good that words cannot describe. Musical tickets are pretty expensive, but it is so worth it! $178 well spent!

GO AND WATCH THIS. You will never regret. I really really wish I have a chance to watch it in New York one day though, I heard it's even better (duh!).

Oh, and Cheer nationals are finally over. Really looking forward to the coming trainings before the new batch of juniors come in. I actually miss the PT we used to have. So tiring but so.. Shiok (lol)

Okay so. I started this post wanting to talk about alot of things. But now I'm stuck. I don't know what to say...........

By the way, don't get me wrong. I am not a 9gagger. Too mainstream!

That will be all for now. Bye!!!
